Could a win in this fight make one of the undefeated boxers the face of professional boxing? Some could argue that Ryan Garcia has a bigger fan base than Gervonta “Tank” Davis due to followers on social media. Others would say Tank is not far behind Garcia in followers on social media but has the fan base that fills up arenas. Tank is beginning to have that appeal Mike Tyson had in boxing during his prime, which is being an intimidating hard hitting beast & a big box office draw. Having a huge social media following is good for marketing but can Ryan Garcia fill an arena & bring in huge PPV #s by himself which Tank has proven. I surely think if Tank is successful with a win over Garcia, he could be seen as the new face of professional boxing due to his continuous box office draw & PPV sells.
